    A FULL list of expenses claimed by Coventry city councillors was published this week. Hot on the heels of the scandal surrounding MPs expenses, the council has published the allowances claimed by all 54 councillors during the financial year, 2008/2009. All councillors receive a basic allowance of £12,707, with councillors sitting on the council's cabinet receiving a special responsibility allowance, together with the leader of the opposition.
