CHANTS of ‘to me, to you’ promise to fill a Coventry nightclub as the Chuckle Brothers visit the city.
Slapstick entertainers Paul and Barry will return to Hillfields hotspot, the Kasbah, on Friday, October 9 to get the party started as part of the venue’s weekly Kinky clubnight.
Clubbers will be able to meet and have their photos taken with the stars, whose showbiz career spans almost six decades.
The moustached double-act are best known for hit TV show ChuckleVision which celebrated its 21st series in 2010 and spawned signature catchphrases, “to me, to you” and “oh dear, oh dear”.
The pair also formed an unlikely collaboration with singer MC Tinchy Stryder to raise money for the African-Caribbean Leukaemia Trust with charity single ‘To Me, To You (Bruv)’.
Amarjit Kullar, of the Kasbah, said: “Paul and Barry made their debut appearance in Coventry at the start of this year and were an instant hit with partygoers who jumped at the chance to meet their childhood heroes.
“Their slapstick humour and instantly recognisable signature catchphrases have captured the hearts of many and made them comedy legends, and we are delighted to be hosting them for another night of comical entertainment.”
Tickets are priced at £5 for over18s only and includes entry to the venue’s Kinky clubnight.
