THE Yard Coventry – a LGBT+ bar in the city – has announced the opening of its new venue on Earl Street opening on April 5.
The Yard’s team plans to bring a fresh and vibrant space to the community.
Kieran Jones, head of operations at The Yard Coventry said the move represents a significant milestone for the team and he is excited to welcome people to a bigger and better venue.
Richard Easter, co-owner of The Yard, added: “I am thrilled for the future of The Yard and the LGBT+ community in Coventry to have this new space.
“It’s more than just a bar, it’s a beacon of acceptance and celebration, and I believe our new venue will only strengthen that sense of belonging.”
The new venue is bigger and the team said it will offer more room for socialising, dancing, dining, and celebrating individuality.
The current location of the Yard – in the Bull Yard – will be closing on March 31 and there will be a closing weekend party in celebration of the move, and remember the memories made.
