THE TEAM at Specsavers in Canley has raised £240 cash for a local charity for Hope Community Projects.
The store held an event which included activities, face painting, glitter tattoos, as well as a raffle.
Harpreet Bhara, store director said: “We would like to say a big thank you to everyone who got involved.
“We know times are tough at the moment, so we’re really grateful to those who were able to spare a donation and support our fundraising efforts.
“There’s still plenty of time to get involved. We’re planning two more fundraising events in the hope that we can reach our fundraising target of £1,000 before the end of the year.”
