MCDONALDS in Coventry has re-opened after a re-design aiming to deliver better customer experiences.
The restaurant in Alvis Retail Park, is one of the first in the West Midlands to undergo a ‘Convenience of the future redesign’.
John’s partner charity, Positive Youth Foundation (PYF), joined the team to officially reopen the restaurant.
The scheme will combine a new layout with the latest technology to create a seamless experience for customers as well as a new crew room for staff to take a break.
John Kiely who owns and operates seven McDonald’s restaurants in Coventry, said: “I’m proud to reinvest in our Alvis restaurant as McDonald’s celebrates its 50th anniversary in the UK this year.
“It’s exciting to see the fresh new look and feel, with a more contemporary dining area and new separate facilities for our dine-in customers and our couriers – creating a better experience for everyone.
“I’m confident the changes will benefit our customers and staff.”
