FOOTBALL - Coventry City publish 2024/25 fan engagement plan

COVENTRY City have published their fan engagement plan for the 2024/25 season in line with new EFL requirements.

The plan is now an EFL requirement and City have laid out their approach to supporter engagement for the coming campaign.

Coventry will continue to host supporter forums and have a dedicated head of fan experience to increase engagement with the Sky Blue army.

Coventry City owner and executive chairman, Doug King, said: “I am proud to present our aims, values, and objectives for fan engagement as part of this new plan.

Coventry agree to comply in full with EFL Regulation 128 and its requirements regarding supporter engagement.

This includes a commitment to supporter forums, with the club continuing to arrange and engage with regular forums with supporter groups.


A dedicated head of fan experience, as well as a supporter services team which will increase in-person engagement.

And City will also publish a new fan engagement plan ahead of every season, applying the learnings from the previous season.

The club will make monthly appearances in the community, attending HAF programmes, sports clubs and local schools.

They will also conduct monthly Q and A events with supporter groups, host an exclusive junior Sky Blues open training event and player signing sessions and trial new event concepts.

During the 2023/24 season, City completed more than 160 individual player appearances.
