IT HAS been 40 years since Coventry’s city centre to Sovereign Road cycle route was opened.
The route is now part of Coventry Cycle Route 11 which links Coventry from past to future.
Route 11 started from medieval Spon Street at the University of Warwick and also serves sporting venues, shops and Canley station.
It connects the city centre to Canley, University of Warwick and Kenilworth.
