FOOTBALL - Coventry City youngster Ryan Howley returns to club after loan spell

COVENTRY City youngster Ryan Howley has returned to the club following a loan spell at Scottish side Ayr United.

Howley returns to the Sky Blues after City reached an agreement with Ayr to end his loan spell with the Honest Men early.

The 21-year-old made 13 appearances in all competitions for the Scottish Championship side.

Howley departs with Ayr second in the table, two points behind leaders Falkirk.
