COVENTRY City will remember fans who have recently passed away at their home game against West Bromwich Albion next month.
The Sky Blues host the Baggies on Good Friday (Friday, April 18) with kick-off at 3pm at the Coventry Building Society Arena.
And the fixture is the second the club have designated for tributes to be paid.
The first memorial fixture took place in September when Coventry played Swansea City.
Sky Blues fans must e-mail the name of the supporter they wish to remember along with an image, if they wish, to: [email protected]
Names and photos will appear on the scoreboard at half-time, while names will also feature in the matchday programme.
To ensure names and photos are displayed on the screen and in the programme, supporters must send the relevant details to the club by midday on Monday, April 14.
The club will not include any names submitted after the deadline.
And the club will also not include fans who received tributed in previous memorial fixtures.
If the club receive multiple dedications to the same fan, the club will use the first photo received.
Coventry have also confirmed there will be no service in the memorial garden due to logistical and staffing reasons.
In the future the club will hold one matchday memorial fixture per season.
The club expects this to be the first home game of each calendar year.
