COVENTRY Godiva Harriers had two athletes in action at the World Athletics Indoor Championships in Nanjing, China.
Harriers athletes Stephen Baffour and Adam Fogg represented Italy and Great Britain respectively.
Baffour reached the semi-finals of the 60m sprint competition.
The Italian finished third in his heat in a time of 6.66 seconds to reach the semi-finals.
Baffour then finished sixth in the semi-final in 6.67 secs to finish 18th overall.
Fellow Godiva athlete Fogg also took to the track in the 1,500m.
Fogg finished sixth in his heat and was unable to progress to the final but gained valuable experience
He also competed in the 3,000m at the European Indoor Championships.
Coventry were the only club from the United Kingdom to have more than one athlete at the World Indoor Championships.
