A BURGLAR is back behind bars after he was spotted on CCTV by police in Coventry.
Police received a report that a worker’s tools were stolen from Foleshill Road on Tuesday March 18.
Officers reviewed CCTV in the area and identified Anthony Greene – who was already wanted on recall to prison – as being responsible.
Greene was spotted in the Foleshill area by an officer from the Coventry Local Offender Management Unit two days later and arrested.
The 68-year-old admitted burglary at Coventry Magistrates Court and was sentenced to eight weeks.
Greene, of no fixed address, was also recalled for breaching his licence conditions after previously being jailed for burglary.
