COVENTRY Blaze head coach Kevin Moore won the Elite League’s coach of the season media award with several of the club’s players also recognised.
Moore guided Blaze to a fifth-place finish in the Elite League before Coventry suffered a quarter-final exit in the play-offs against Cardiff Devils.
In his first campaign at the helm, Moore’s side won 30 games in the regular season.
And forward Chase Gresock earned a place in the Elite League’s first all-star team of the season.
Gresock enjoyed a fine debut season with Blaze, registering 32 goals and 30 assists in the Elite League.
The American also scored seven goals and provided nine assists in 10 Challenge Cup appearances.
Fellow Blaze forwards Nick Seitz and Alessio Luciani earned places in the second all-star team.
And Blaze forward Jack Hopkins claimed the Elite League’s British young player of the season award.
Hopkins contributed 14 points, five goals and nine assists, in 54 Elite League outings this season.
