FORMER Coventry City youngster Ryan Howley has signed for League Two side Bristol Rovers.
The 21-year-old made eight senior appearances for the Sky Blues after coming through the club’s youth academy.
City released the midfielder in the summer and he has now secured a contract with League Two side Rovers.
Howley has signed a two-year deal with the Gas after impressing manager Darrell Clarke during a trial period.
He spent last season on loan at Ayr United in the Scottish Championship following a temporary spell with Dundee the previous campaign.
Howley has represented Wales at under-21 and under-19 level.
