If you want to celebrate Halloween this year, then there are several spooktacular events you can attend in Coventry. From movies to all-day Halloween events and more, there’s certainly a lot going on.
Halloween Events for Over 30s in Coventry
Casa del Coas, a venue in Coventry, is hosting a Halloween special this year with some very special guests. It’s taking place on 25th October, with the event starting at 4pm. If you want to go, this is a ticketed event, and the last entry is 7pm. A musical Halloween party is also taking place at the Kasbah. There’s going to be throwback anthems from The Notorious B.I.G. to Will Smith, Janet Jackson, and Tupac Shakur. You can expect a range of spooky beverages too, with the full menu to be announced soon.
You can also go to the Halloween party that’s being held at Leamington Spa. Taking place on 1st November, this event is set to include music with confetti storms, giveaways, and eerie visuals. People are encouraged to dress up as well, so make sure that you plan your outfit.
If you don’t want to dress up, it’s not a requirement, but is a great way for you to make the most out of Halloween, so be sure to plan things like this ahead of time.
New Horror Movies Being Shown at Coventry Cinemas
If you’d rather have a more laid-back Halloween, you’ll be glad to know that there are also several new horror movies being released. The ODEON Coventry Cinema has 9 screens in total, with Premium seats available for those who want to get comfortable. They are going to be streaming the Good Boy horror movie, which is set for release on 3rd October. You can find showtimes nearer to the time, with tickets available online.
If you don’t want to wait, there are numerous Halloween movies you can stream, with Fear Street: Prom Queen available now on Netflix. If you prefer to game, then Dead by Daylight allows you to play as numerous licensed horror killers, including Michael Myers, Freddy Krueger, and Pinhead. There are also horror themed casino slots you can play, including the Grim Reaper slot game, Giselle the Fortune Witch, and Walking Dead Cash Collect. If you’re a fan of The Walking Dead, games like this allow you to see iconic characters from the series, including Negan, Rick Grimes, Michonne, and Maggie, but in a new spooky format that really builds on the foundation set by the show.

If you want to get out and about this Halloween, you can go on the historic Ghost Walk of Worcester. You can even check out the Farm of Fear and Halloween at Churchfields, if you are willing to travel a little further. Events like this are adult-only due to their scary nature, but they are a great way for you to have a great time this Halloween. Get out there, and make sure you’re not missing out on any of the spooky activities that are happening!
