A PROUD Coventry businessman has teamed up with a charity to make sure children living in poverty in the region have a present to open on Christmas Day.

Vipul Sheth, MD of accountancy firm Advancetrack, has donated £5,000 to Cash for Kids to help provide Christmas presents for children who might otherwise go without.

Mr Sheth said: “Helping ensure children don’t feel forgotten at Christmas is something we feel deeply passionate about.

“A simple gift may seem small, but the joy it brings to a child on Christmas Day is immeasurable, and we’re proud to help make that happen.”

Cash for Kids supports thousands of disadvantaged children every year through its Mission Christmas campaign.

Charity Fundraising Executive Shenna Keenan said: “We are incredibly grateful to Advancetrack for their generous £5,000 donation towards Mission Christmas. Their support will help us provide gifts for disadvantaged children across the Midlands who are at risk of waking up to nothing on Christmas Day.

“Thanks to partners like Advancetrack, we can make sure local children still get to experience the magic of Christmas and know that someone is thinking of them, helping ensure they feel seen and valued.”
