A NEW school has opened in Coventry.

OneSchool Global has opened its new Ashbrook campus in Prologis Park in the north of the city.

The new campus hosts around 200 students from Year 3 to 13.

The three-storey facility has been converted from a former commercial unit on the industrial park into a purpose-built facility supported by a team of teachers and support staff.

It opened its doors with a ribbon-cutting led by Giles Bennett, Regional Director of Education in the UK for OneSchool Global.

The site will become home to OneSchool Global’s UK head office later this year, creating a central hub for leadership and collaboration across its 23 schools.

Mr Bennett said: “OneSchool Global’s new Ashbrook campus epitomises our vision for modern education.

“It is a space where technology and teaching combine to create an inspiring environment for students and staff.”

OneSchool Global campuses follow the ‘Learning to Learn’ framework, where students are supported by teachers to take ownership of their learning and develop the skills required for self-direction.

Harpinder Singh, the new Campus Principal at OSG Ashbrook, said: “We are thrilled to welcome students and staff to OSG Ashbrook and look forward to building a vibrant learning community where curiosity and collaboration thrive.

“This new campus is an exciting addition for OneSchool Global’s campuses across the UK, and provides a space that enables every student to take ownership of their learning, develop confidence and build the skills they need to succeed in the modern economy.”
