COVENTRY Sphinx slipped to a 1-0 derby defeat against Racing Club Warwick as the club’s winless run stretched to five matches.
The game’s only goal came shortly after half time on 52 minutes as James Harding’s effort settled the derby clash at the Cameron Slater Arena.
And the result means Coventry sit 17th in the Northern Premier League Midlands table, four points clear of the relegation zone.
Coventry are next in action against Shepshed Dynamo on Saturday, March 21 with kick-off at 3pm at the Cameron Slater Arena.
