Coventry's Domestic Violence heroine organises charity ball

A SURVIVOR of horrific domestic violence is hoping to raise money and awareness for other victims at an upcoming event.

Hosted by domestic violence victim, turned activist and business owner, Zoe Dronfield, the ‘Love Doesn’t Have to Hurt’ black tie event will mark the end of a traumatic year for the Coventry mother.

After being nearly beaten to death by an ex-partner, Zoe hopes the event will not only raise money for her domestic violence support charity, I Want My Mummy, but will also raise the profile of suffers of the violence she calls ‘Britain’s best kept secret’.

Taking place on the evening of Valentine’s Day, Saturday, February 14, at The Urban Coffee Company in Fargo Village, the exclusive event will feature music from Kira Reiss, a charity auction, and surprise mystery guests.
