Man left with serious leg injury after Coventry crash

A CAR overturned and left a man with a series leg injury in Coventry.

Emergency services were called to a crash on the Fletchamstead Highway, Eastern Green, near to Wing Wah, about 5.30am on Saturday (December 5).

There were three men in the car who all managed to get out of the vehicle with assistance. Two of the passengers escaped uninjured.

A man, believed to be in his 30s, injured his leg and was given trauma care at the scene by medics. He was then taken to the University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire in an ambulance for further treatment.




A rapid response vehicle, an ambulance and a paramedic officer attended the scene.
