YOUNGSTERS from National Citizens Service used their free time effectively by raising funds for the Mercia MS Therapy Centre in Aldermans Green.
Balloon models, a tombola and a lucky dip helped raise vital funds for the centre which has been running for more than three decades.
A total of £151 was raised for the centre – which will go towards providing people living in Coventry and Warwickshire with a free therapy service to help combat stress, autism and more.
Centre manager Zoe Seville-Edden said: “I can’t thank our young volunteers enough who took their time out to raise vital funds for our centre.
“The money will be used to help the provision of therapies at the centre so our young and older members can benefit in both a mental and physical way.
“We’re only a small charity so any help we receive is a huge boost.”
