A COVENTRY man has been remanded in custody, charged with the rape of a man in the Bell Green area.
Unemployed Timothy Forsyth, aged 22, of no fixed address, appeared at Coventry Magistrates Court last week (September 22) charged with rape, wounding and theft.
The charges relate to an alleged incident in the Roseberry Avenue area on Thursday, September 15.
Mr Forsyth has been remanded in custody and will next appear at Warwick Crown Court on October 20.
