THOUSANDS of petrolhead enthusiasts lined Coventry’s streets at the weekend for the annual Coventry Motofest.
A display of cars and bikes dominated Broadgate while spectators heard the roaring sounds and smells of various racing cars on the festival’s popular ring road circuit.
Fairground rides, interactive bike racing, a Range Rover display and a Virtual Reality stall by West Midlands Police about the dangers of drink driving kept visitors entertained off-track as the sun shone throughout large parts of the festival.
There was also the chance for daredevils to test their wheelie skills while the professionals cheated death in the iconic ‘Wall of Death’ display close to the city centre.
Observer photographer Jon Mullis was on hand at the Motofest to capture all the action throughout Saturday.
