TOP local talent joined Britain’s Got Talent star Alesha Dixon in Broadgate for Coventry’s Christmas lights switch-on.
Thousands braved the cold weather to see the singer and X-Factor judge.
She was joined by Free Radio favourites JD and Roisin asl hosts, and acts including the Coundon Primary Choir, Elite Dance, The Upsiders, UnScripted and Thomas Teago.
There was a performance from Vortex Creates and Highly Sprung, entitled Ready, Set, Snow! Christmas is go!
And sports clubs Coventry City, Coventry Blaze, Wasps and Coventry Bears were on hand.
Alesha Dixon switched the lights on at 7pm with the help of the Lord Mayor of Coventry, councillor Tony Skipper, JD and Rosin and Santa.
