COVENTRY Bears have a mouthwatering friendly against Leeds Rhinos in January before the new League One campaign gets under way.
Rhinos will make the trip to the Butts Park Arena on Friday, January 18.
The multiple Superleague winners and one of the biggest names in the sport came to the city before the start of the 2018 campaign, with a record crowd of 1,294 in attendance.
A similar attendance is expected once again to see the Rhinos, who are under new leadership, with David Furner (head coach) and Kevin Sinfield (head of rugby) now in charge.
Rhinos will face a Bears side containing many familiar faces from last year, plus the first appearances of new signings Nick Newman and Elliot Hall as well as a host of others who are eager to impress.
