A MAN has been charged after an 18-year-old woman suffered stab wounds during a suspected robbery in Coventry.
Daniel Callum, aged 20, of Pinley Fields, Stoke Aldermoor, Coventry, has been charged with robbery. He has been remanded in custody to appear before Warwick Crown Court on September 12.
Two other 19-year-old men have been bailed while enquiries continue in to the alleged attack which happened in St James Lane, Willenhall, just after 2.30pm on Tuesday August 6.
A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: “Three men are understood to have approached the victim and took cash and a mobile phone.
“Despite sustaining two wounds the teenager was thankfully not seriously injured.
