Sky Blues legend Busst provides police with boost as part of World Mental Health Day tour

SKY Blues legend David Busst was given a warm welcome to Coventry Central Police Station on the latest section of his city tour to mark World Mental Health Day.

David popped in with the League 1 Championship Trophy to give officers and staff the chance to be photographed alongside him and the silverware.

Coventry City FC took the trophy on a tour of the city last week, visiting schools and giving those fans isolating due to Covid-19 a socially-distanced morale boost.

The visit to was arranged by West Midlands Police Council, which was created to give staff and officers a voice around inclusivity issue, to give everyone a lift and stimulate conversations about mental health.
