PEOPLE will be able to find some much-needed calm during these troubled times when new Restorative Yoga classes begin at Bulkington Community and Conference Centre.
The sessions led by yoga instructor Sally Batley start on November 4 and run every Wednesday from 8.15pm to 9.15pm.
Restorative yoga, aimed at helping participants to slow down and open the body through passive stretching and deep muscle relaxation, can lower blood pressure and calm the mind.
The classes are £7 each or £42 for the autumn term (seven sessions).
