BUS users are being urged to be aware of changes to services which came into force today.
Throughout the pandemic National Express Coventry has been making some minor changes to its bus network to ensure key workers and other customers who rely on buses can continue to safely get to where they needed to be.
Chris Gibbens, Commercial Director at National Express Bus, said: “The majority of our bus services in Coventry will run as normal to our current timetables.
“However, we’re making a few minor alterations from Sunday to ensure that our buses are in the right places at the right time of day for those customers who continue to use our services.”
The timetable and stop alterations taking effect from today (Sunday, November 15) are as follows:
3 – Arena Shopping Park to Warwickshire Shopping Park
Change of bus stop towards Binley from Hales Street HS2 to Ironmonger Row BS6
No change to the timetable
3S – between Blue Coat CofE School and Coventry City Centre
New morning journey added
8 and 8A – between Allesley Park and Walsgrave / Wood End
Change of bus stop from Ironmonger Row BS6 to The Burgess BS5
No change to the timetable
10S – between Westwood Academy and Coventry City Centre
Afternoon journey added
12X – between Coventry City Centre and University of Warwick
Revised timetable
13 and 13A – between Willenhall and Whitmore Park
Additional Monday to Friday morning peak journeys added
20B – between Coventry City Centre and Exhall
Bayton Road served Monday to Friday peaks only
Revised route due to us now serving Bayton Road
21 – between Willenhall and Wood End
Monday to Friday frequency increased

Flexfare ticket to suit those making fewer journeys
The bus company has also recently introduced the Flexifare ticket to make bus use more cost-effective for those just travelling thre days-a-week.
A Flexifare subscription gives passengers 13 days’ travel a month for £39.
For those not sure how often they will travel can buy a bundle of 10 day tickets to use any day you want over three months for just £35.
Mr Gibbens added: “We also understand that some customers aren’t able to travel with us at all at the moment, and you needn’t worry.
“We can temporarily suspend or refund the ticket or pass if you simply fill in a request form on our website.”
