ALMOST 540 homes in Coventry were left without electricity for more than five hours.
The power went off at 7am on Wednesday morning at homes in the CV3 area and Western Power Distribution.
WPD sent out engineers who managed to get the power restored by 1pm.
A statement by the company said: “We are sorry for any inconvenience.”
