THE COVENTRY Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church will be celebrating its 60th anniversary on Sunday (July 31.)
The Broad Street Church will kick off the anniversary celebration at 10.30am with a Commemorative Holy Liturgy, which will be led by the Bishop of the Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church, Kenneth Nowakowski.
This will be followed by the anointment of parishioners and a reception followed by a concert on the church grounds.
Over 120 people are expected to attend, including representatives of the Birmingham diocese and various Roman Catholic Churches.
Lady Godiva will be making an appearance alongside one of her Godiva sisters, as will the head of the Coventry City Council migration team.
The leaders of several local Ukrainian community organisations will also be in attendance.
