A WOMAN suffered serious injuries when she was hit by a car in Coventry last night (Tuesday).
It happened around 7.40pm on Barras Green.
An ambulance, paramedic officer and a critical care car from the Air Ambulance Service attended the scene.
The woman – who was being cared for by members of the public – was treated at the scene before being taken to University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire for further emergency care.
