FOOTBALL - New Sky Blues owner King named as club's Executive Chairman

COVENTRY City owner Doug King has been named at the club’s new Executive Chairman.

King’s majority purchase of the club was confirmed on Tuesday (January 10) and he will take on his new role with immediate effect, working alongside the club’s existing senior management structure.

He now owns 85 per cent of the club after the EFL ratified his purchase earlier this week.
