A FREE Cycle Assist event will take place at 9.30am on Saturday (February 4) as part of the University of Warwick’s 2023 Resonate programme.
Resonate’s interactive events showcase the university’s work, taking place on campus and in the community.
Cycle Assist, in the university’s humanities building, will explore disability cycling movement.
As well as several inspiring talks and a free lunch, people can take part in a ride from the campus to Kenilworth Greenway with assistive and adapted cycles available to use.
Guests can express their views on disability cycling through the medium of art.
Science on the Hill at 6.30pm on Tuesday, February 7, in the recently opened Interdisciplinary Biomedical Research Building (IBRB), will look at Metals in Biology.
The University of Warwick’s Kerry Baker said: “The aim of Resonate is to share, inspire and intrigue communities, both on and off campus, by creating a variety of opportunities for people to meet, talk and participate across Coventry and Warwickshire. We hope to see lots of people coming along to explore, enjoy and entertain.”
Both events are free although booking is required.
