Appeal after alleged armed moped robbery in Nuneaton

POLICE have appealed for information on a reported armed moped robbery in Nuneaton.

At around 4pm on January 30, a woman was reportedly driving out of Acacia Road in Nuneaton onto Hilary Road on her moped.

She was allegedly approached by a man holding his arms out and preventing her from progressing.

The man then allegedly pulled out a knife and threatened her.

He then allegedly pushed her from the moped and made off with it down Black-A-Tree Road towards Tomkinson Recreational Ground.

Anyone who has CCTV or dashcam footage should contact Warwickshire Police citing Incident 205 of January 30, 2024.
