Work starts on 95-home housing development in Exhall

Coventry Editorial 3rd Feb, 2024 Updated: 3rd Feb, 2024   0

WORK has started on 95 new homes as part of a new housing development in Exhall.

Exhall Meadow is a partly brownfield site and will feature a mix of private homes and affordable housing.

There will also be open space and a pond at the southern end of the site.

All of the new homes will include EV chargers and solar panels.

The homes will be built as part of Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council’s strategic housing and employment allocation.

A consultation has taken place with the residents and councillors and had talks with the local Residents’ Association.

The housebuilder, Keepmoat, will also provide funding to the Borough Council to improve several local parks and sports facilities.

Exhall Meadow will expand on the housing development currently under construction at the 125-home Exhall Gardens on School Lane.

The first homes are expected to be completed in Spring.
