VETS from a south Warwickshire practice will be on hand to offer free advice to pet owners at a dog show in the grounds of Compton Verney this weekend.
Avonvale Vets will be hosting a stand at Paws in the Park, the family fun day and dog show which takes place on Sunday (August 13) from 10.30am to 5pm.
The event includes vintage games, crafts and a performance from the Hand to Mouth Theatre Company and their new show Piggery Jokery.
Avonvale’s staff will be offering expert advice and opinion on animal health and well-being, as well as providing information on services available at its surgeries in Warwick, Stratford, Southam, Wellesbourne, Leamington and Kenilworth.
Clinical director Russell Hall said: “We’re delighted to be returning to Compton Verney for this event, which promises to be a great one for both pets and owners.”
