COVENTRY United have appointed Jamie Hood as the club’s new manager following the departure of former boss Ellis Alleyne.
Hood has more than 20 years of experience as a player across Step Two, Three and Four of the Non-League Pyramid.
And Hood replaces former United boss Alleyne in the Butts Park Arena dugout after he moved up from under-21s manager during the 2023/24 campaign.
Hood said: “I am really pleased to be given this opportunity at a great club. Coventry United is going forwards and I want to be a big part of that.
“I have been playing in non-league for 22 years at steps two, three and four so I have plenty of experience in the game.”
