Man stabbed and attacked with baseball bat in Coventry robbery

A MAN has been stabbed and attacked with a baseball bat during a robbery in Coventry.

Police are investigating after the suspected robbery in Lockhurst Lane, Foleshill, Coventry, around 9.30pm yesterday (June 3).

A spokesperson said: “The 21-year-old was hit with a baseball bat and then stabbed in the stomach after being set on by two men.

“He also suffered a hand injury and was taken to hospital with injuries which are not believed to be life-threatening.




“Mobile phones were taken from the stab victim along with another man who was with him at the time.
