Free exhibition sees loans from Imperial War Museum

A FREE exhibition with items on loan from the Imperial War Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum is on display at Coventry’s Mead Gallery at the University of Warwick.

The John Piper exhibition explores the early work of the artist and has been co-organised by the Tate Gallery in Liverpool.

Among the works include an image depicting Coventry’s bombed cathedral the day after the blitz in 1940.

The exhibiton will be open seven days a week until Thursday June 21.
