A REWARD of up to £10,000 is on offer to anyone who can help to locate a man wanted on suspicion of stabbing a woman in Coventry.
On Wednesday February 18, police found a woman in her 20s with multiple stab wounds – which left her with life-changing injuries – at an address in Swansell Street.
Deara Sadiq, 21, from Coventry, was identified as the prime suspect.
Independent charity Crimestoppers is appealing to anyone with information about Deara Sadiq’s whereabouts to come forward anonymously.
The charity is offering a reward of up to £10,000 for information given directly to them which leads to his arrest.
Det Sgt Jasmine Hall from Coventry Police said: “A young woman has been left with life-changing injuries following this awful attack.
“I would appeal to anyone who has information on Deara’s whereabout to get in touch.
“Crimestoppers are offering a reward and it’s completely anonymous. The smallest bit of information could help our investigation.
“We need to get justice for this young woman.”
