A MAN who died on the Fletchamstead Highway last month has been named as 48-year-old father Jayson Craven.

The dad, who police said was from the Coventry area, was hit by a car near the Phantom Coach pub on Saturday, June 21.

Family and friends left moving tributes on his facebook page while flowers, photos and other tributes were left at the roadside on the A45.

One had simply read: “Never forgotten. Always in our hearts.”

Ambulance crews had confirmed he died at the scene. He had been hit by an Audi just after 1am. The driver was checked over for shock but did not need hospital treatment.
