Appeal after two men steal items including gold and cash from Coventry home

POLICE are appealing for information after two men wearing masks broke into a Coventry home, threatening the homeowner inside before making off with items including gold, cash, jewellery and a watch.

The two men entered a property in Potters Green shortly after 4.30pm on December 28, searching the house and stealing several items.

DC Timothy Whitehead, from Force CID at Coventry, said: “This is a particularly nasty burglary and we are keen to find the men who did this.

“If anyone recognises the items stolen and has information please get in touch.”
