COVENTRY’S Library Service will open up more of its services in April.
From April 8 Bell Green, Central, Foleshill, Stoke and Tile Hill libraries will all be offering appointments to collect a bag of books as well as 45-minute computer slots.
Since the start of January the click and collect service has been available at Central giving readers the chance to select books online then arrange a time to pick up.
The expanded service comes as the country gradually follows the roadmap out of the Covid restrictions.
Peter Barnett, Head of Libraries and Migration, said: “We really looking forward to seeing more people back in our libraries and we’re working hard to make sure it’s safe.
“We know how important reading has been to people for so many reasons during the lockdowns and lots of people have taken advantage of our online offer, but we can’t wait to see people start to come back through the doors too.”

Opening hours will be:
Central – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9.30 am – 6.30pm, Saturday 9.30am – 4.00pm and Sunday 12.30pm – 3.30pm
Bell Green, Foleshill, Stoke, Tile Hill – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9.30am – 6.30pm, Saturday 9.30am – 3.30pm
