AWARD winning Coventry fashion designer Ashley Raynor has launched an innovative new shop at FarGo Village.

Wear Milo’s was based at FarGo during its early days and was originally based out of a shipping container, but is now returning to take up one of the venue’s largest units.

Wear Milo’s specialises in bright and colourful children’s clothing for youngsters up to the age of 12 and has now added adult sizes to the collection, along with home furnishings.

The new unit gives shoppers an insight into the journey the clothes go on – from the materials being cut to the sewing machines pulling the item together.

It also has an enchanted forest setting for people of all ages to enjoy.

Ashley has had her fashion collections exhibited at New York Fashion Week and in Vogue Magazine, as well as being named in the global top 20 emerging designers to watch by SwatchOn in 2020.

She is also a Director of Coventry Fashion Hub, and wants to enable future fashion designers to feel like they can make their mark in the city as opposed to moving to London.

Ashley said: “I’m really pleased to have brought Wear Milo’s back to Coventry and to FarGo Village in particular.

“The opening of our new base gives us a great platform to expand our operations in the region, collaborate with exciting local creators and designers on future collections and ultimately build on the experiences we’ve had with leading UK clothing retailers to gain even greater access to the high street.”
