A RESIDENT at a Balsall Common care home had a bucket list item ticked off when staff made a Mediterranean cruise experience.
Staff planned a virtual cruise for Agnes Bell, resident at Harper Fields and her friends.
Agnes is 101 and has lived at the home for five years.
There was Limoncello, Posecco, wine and Italian food at Captain Jim’s table with music from Melissa.
Leslie was the cruise ship hairdresser and did the guests hair for there virtual holiday.
Hayley Wilkinson, general manager at the home, said: “We believe that every moment is worth cherishing.
“We want everyone we care for to know how important they are to us here at Harper Fields.
“It is testament to the hard work and dedication of the team here in making our residents’ dreams come true.
“It was wonderful to see how happy Agnes was – and the staff loved being a part of this as well.”
