Body found in search for missing Coventry man Anthony Treadgold

A BODY has been found by police in the search for missing Coventry man Anthony Treadgold.

A member of the public provided information which led to the body being found on land near to Westwood Heath Lane, Coventry, today.

A formal identification is still to take place, but his family has been informed of the very sad news.

Anthony, who was 44 years old and from Canley, had been missing since October 31 and police officers put out several appeals in a bid to find him.

West Midlands Police want to thank everyone who shared the appeals.
