Tristan Harris 25th Feb, 2021 Updated: 25th Feb, 2021

A BODY has been found in the search for a man who went missing from Coventry.

Police issued an appeal in a bid to find Vasu Pangalaru after concerns for his welfare.

A body was discovered in a canal in Bedworth Road, Bedworth, and although it is yet to be formally identified, it is believed to be Mr Pangalaru.

Coventry Police are working with their colleagues at Warwickshire Police and are treating the death as ‘unexplained’ as it is not believed to be suspicious.

Anyone with any information should call police on 101.
