YOUNGSTERS and staff at Busy Bees Coventry Allesley Green are celebrating after receiving an ‘Outstanding’ rating in all areas in their latest Ofsted inspection.
This is Busy Bees second ‘Outstanding’ result, with the inspector praising staff for allowing the children to thrive at the ‘highly nurturing and awe-inspiring nursery’.
Busy Bees gained special praise for introducing children to new learning in ‘exciting and stimulating ways’.
The inspection report also highlighted how the youngster’s progress is regularly monitored and shared with parents to help with their learning outside of the nursery.
Support for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) was described as exceptional, with the nursery getting high praise for working with parents and other agencies to create individual learning plans.
And attention is paid to ensuring children learn about a wide range of cultural festivals and different family set-ups, which the inspector said helped them to ‘understand that being unique is what makes them special’.
Busy Bees Coventry Allesley Green centre director Jill Hamer said: “We are so thrilled to receive our second ‘Outstanding’ from Ofsted.

“Many of us have been here for many years and we know that parents value that longstanding commitment to making our nursery a wonderful place for children to learn and grow.”
