A SUCCESSFUL Coventry drugs warrant saw a man arrested and cannabis seized.
Officers from the Foleshill Neighbourhood team carried out a Misuse of Drugs Act warrant in Cross Road.
A 60 year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of abstracting electricity and cultivating cannabis.
He was arrested from trying to escape the property and remains in custody.
Officers found three growing rooms, with cannabis plants in various stages of growth, as well as an illegal electricity bypass.
The cannabis were seized and National Grid will attend the site to make sure it’s safe.
