Cash boost gifts Bedworth United's future footballers new shirts

Coventry Editorial 20th Jun, 2023   0

BEDWORTH United’s group of future Harry Kane’s will be training in slick new shirts after the club received a £1,000 cash boost.

The shirts will be sponsored by local housebuilder Bellway and will be worn by the Greenbacks under-nines and girls under tens.

Bellway has previously donated £500 to the club for new equipment including balls and bibs.

Bedworth United under-nine manager Stuart Roe said: “In the current climate, obtaining sponsorship is extremely difficult and as all junior teams for the extras, like training tops, sponsorship has to be found and Bellway stepped up.

“The players look amazing and turning up to matches all dressed the same to warm up makes the team look so much more professional and gives the players a boost before we even kick-off.”
